Group Coaching
This group coaching program is designed for neurodivergent adults who require practical structure, behavioral scaffolding, and external accountability to implement sustainable health routines.
It is particularly well-suited for adults with ADHD, AuDHD, executive functioning challenges, or chronic inconsistency with health-related behaviors.
The focus is not on motivation.
The focus is on implementation.
Clinical Rationale
Many neurodivergent adults:
Understand what to do, but struggle with follow-through
Experience all-or-nothing behavior cycles
Have difficulty with planning, sequencing, and consistency
Require structured accountability to maintain momentum
Benefit from repetition, reflection, and recalibration
This program addresses the implementation gap between knowledge and sustained behavior change.
It does not provide therapy.
It provides structured behavioral coaching.
