Group Coaching

This group coaching program is designed for neurodivergent adults who require practical structure, behavioral scaffolding, and external accountability to implement sustainable health routines.

It is particularly well-suited for adults with ADHD, AuDHD, executive functioning challenges, or chronic inconsistency with health-related behaviors.

The focus is not on motivation.
The focus is on implementation.

Clinical Rationale

Many neurodivergent adults:

  • Understand what to do, but struggle with follow-through

  • Experience all-or-nothing behavior cycles

  • Have difficulty with planning, sequencing, and consistency

  • Require structured accountability to maintain momentum

  • Benefit from repetition, reflection, and recalibration

This program addresses the implementation gap between knowledge and sustained behavior change.

It does not provide therapy.
It provides structured behavioral coaching.

Program Structure

Each cohort follows a defined framework that includes:

  • Psychoeducation on behavior patterns and executive functioning

  • A narrowed, priority-based focus (one meaningful target at a time)

  • Habit design tailored to neurodivergent cognitive profiles

  • Environmental and systems-based supports

  • Reflection and recalibration loops

  • Structured accountability

Sessions include:

  1. Brief teaching segment (framework-based)

  2. Guided implementation planning

  3. Live coaching and problem-solving

  4. Clear action commitments for the week

  5. Follow-up reflection
