ABOUT ME
I survived years of abuse and betrayal. I believed the narrative that I wasn't worthy of love. I beat myself up for not doing enough and not being enough... no matter how much I did or gave. I felt like I was carrying the weight of the entire family square on my shoulders. I felt alone and in pain.
Then my marriage ended and I embarked on my healing journey. I began to understand my God-given dignity and embraced God's love for me. I worked with who I am instead of against who I am. I replaced all the "shoulds" with self-care routines. I rooted out the negative thinking patterns, I recovered from my food addiction, I prioritized my health and...
I found my spark and joy and the unwanted weight started to come off.
How did I do it? I couldn't shame myself into health. I worked on my mindset, established healthy routines that aligned with my personality, lifestyle and goals, healed my relationship with food, and focused on nutrition rather than dieting.
Does that sound like a lot? Don't worry. I put together a program that encompasses all of it. And we will take it one step at a time... together.
